eltek Vertical Laboratory Refrigerators are used for maintaining and monitoring the temperature between 2°C to 8°C consistently. Quick Freezer (- 40°C)

eltek Vertical Quick Freezers are used for maintaining and monitoring the temperature at -40°C consistently. Predominantly these freezers are used for storing medicines, vaccines, pharmaceutical supplies, samples, and other temperature-sensitive specimens at a steady temperature. There are 6 different models based on the volume and user convenience.

The outer body has a robust construction of 1 mm thick mild steel with epoxy powder coating, whereas the inner chamber is made of corrosion-resistant 1 mm thick Stainless Steel 304 Grade. An ergonomic outer door with a lock and key is provided to prevent unauthorized access. There is also a provision of an inner door with latches to prevent loss of chillness from the inner chamber. Sturdy castor wheels are fixed at the bottom for mobility of the unit with ease. Stainless steel shelves are provided. Drain condensate outlet is available to remove condensed water from the bottom of the chamber. Magnetic door gasket ensures complete sealing of the main door. Also deep freezers ( – 20°C ) available from 100 litres to 600 litres capacity in standard & GMP versions.

Deep Freezer (-20°c)

Salient Features and Technical Specifications for Deep Freezer models have the same specifications as Quick Freezer models, except for the working temperature. Some models use environmentally friendly HFC refrigerant gas R-134 A, which is CFC and HFC free.

Ultra Low Deep Freezer (-80°C/-86°C)

eltek Vertical Ultra Low Deep Freezers are used for maintaining and monitoring the temperature at -80°C / -86°C consistently. Predominantly these freezers are used for storing pharmaceutical supplies, samples, and other temperature-sensitive specimens which demand low temperatures for extended periods of time. There are three different models based on the volume and user convenience.

Cooling Incubator (5°C To 70°C)

eltek Vertical Cooling Incubators are used for maintaining and monitoring the temperature between 5°C to 70°C consistently. Predominantly, these incubators are used for storing pharmaceutical supplies, biology, zoology & biotech samples and other temperature-sensitive specimens at a steady temperature. There are 10 different models based on the volume and user convenience.

The outer body has a robust construction of 1 mm thick mild steel with epoxy powder coating, whereas the inner chamber is made of corrosion-resistant 1 mm thick Stainless Steel 304 Grade. An ergonomic outer door with a lock and key is provided to prevent unauthorized access. There is also a provision of an inner transparent door with latches for easy display of materials kept inside the incubator. Sturdy castor wheels are fixed at the bottom for easy mobility of the unit. Stainless steel shelves are provided. A drain condensate outlet is also available to drain off condensed water from the bottom of the chamber. Magnetic door gasket ensures complete sealing of the main door. Bacteriological Incubator (Ambient + 5°C To 70°C)

eltek Vertical Bacteriological Incubators are Non Refrigerated BOD Incubators used for maintaining and monitoring the temperature from ambient + 5°C to 70°C consistently. Predominantly, these incubators are used for storing pharmaceutical supplies, biology, zoology, and biotech samples, as well as other temperature-sensitive specimens at a steady temperature. There are 10 different models based on the volume and user convenience. Salient Features and Technical Specifications for Bacteriological Incubators are the same as those of Cooling Incubators except for working temperature.

Orbital Shaking Incubator

Magnetic Stirrers (Without Heating)

These equipments are intended for stirring solutions of low viscosity in open or closed vessels. Stirring is accomplished by a magnetized Teflon coated paddle to be placed in the container. Each apparatus of this group can be operated on a bench, a stand, or a laboratory scaffold as well. The intensity of stirring, depending on requirements, can be adjusted with the programmable digital speed control, and time can be set digitally.

Multipoint Magnetic Stirrer-Hexamag

‘eltek’ Multi Point Magnetic Stirrer christened as ‘HexaMag’ is a state-of-the-art magnetic stirrer which is excellent for stirring light liquids. All the six stirring points can be independently controlled. The parameters of Speed, Timer, Heating Level, and Direction can be set as per user requirement. HexaMag is extremely beneficial, especially in laboratories & pharmaceutical industries, which involve continuous stirring of bulk solutions.

Lab Stirrers

AC Stirrers & PMDC Stirrers

Labstir with maintenance-free AC Induction Motor Drive suitable for continuous duty applications. The stirrer features low noise, smooth start & stop, a higher speed range with constant torque, overload safety cut-off, and digital speed display.

The FP Series Labstir is provided with a control panel for programmable features like speed from 100 RPM to the maximum with 10 RPM increment, acceleration and deceleration time in the range of 12 to 510 seconds, and a countdown timer in the range of 1 to 9999 minutes. The panel is provided with a digital display of working RPM and remaining time.

Rotamantle

‘eltek’ Rotamantle is a combination of magnetic stirrer and heating mantle to obtain stirring in flat bottom round flasks. The unit has two-tier constructions with an upper compartment consisting of a heating mantle made of fiber glass yarn fitted with a heating element. The smooth running apparatus utilizes the rotating magnetic field from a balanced permanent magnetic stirring paddle. The speed of stirring can be achieved with the help of a digital speed controller. The heating is controlled by a digital energy regulator which ensures regulation at any desired percentage of the heater’s capacity.

Vortex Mixer

The unit is meant for quick and thorough mixing of liquids in test tubes, small flasks, or bottles. The mixer consists of an enamel-finished housing containing the motor with an eccentric drive to a rubber buffer on the top. The tube is held against the vibrating buffer and the intensity of agitation is controlled by varying the position in which the tube is held. The thyristorised speed controller enables adjustment of the degree of oscillations. The unit is also provided with a separate adaptor for using it as a mini shaker for small tubes. The adaptor can accommodate 6 tubes of 0.4 ml, 6 tubes of 0.5 ml, and 6 tubes of 1.5 ml. RPM 1500. Also , available in ABS molded housing with polyurethane Coating mounted on steel base.
